So as it turns out, the price which was relayed to me for the warehouse space for Robo-coop was grossly understated or was recently, drastically increased.
I was told 700; the landlord told me 2500.

if i cant find myself a commercial space for cheeeeep, then i think that I'm just gonna stay in my current building but get myself a nice cozy little one bedroom.
I think that the solitary life will suit me.
